Production Planner/Scheduler
Full Time-On Site Position Summary The Production Planner/Scheduler provides materials planning and scheduling support across Sales, Customer Service, and Manufacturing. This role is responsible for maintaining MRP system parameters, generating and releasing work orders, managing capacity plans, and ensuring product availability meets customer expectations. The position works within the direction set by the Supply Chain Managers to achieve planned production levels and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintain MRP or applicable scheduling systems for production order and capacity planning Communicate material requirements and coordinate with internal customers Support production planning to meet customer delivery requirements Assist with sales activities, new product introduction, and demand fulfillment Maintain and improve MRP system parameters and scheduling processes Proactively identify and eliminate potential material shortages Process RMAs and daily transactions using MRP and related systems Follow standard operating procedures for scheduling and capacity planning Maintain KPI boards, planning reports, and cost analysis Contribute to team efforts and maintain a clean, safe work environment Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred; two-year degree or equivalent experience acceptable 1+ years of progressive experience in a planning or scheduling role required Food Manufacturing planning experience a plus Certifications APICS/ISM/Supply Chain certification preferred, Skills & Competencies Solid understanding of MRP, capacity planning, inventory control, and scheduling methodologies Proficient in ERP systems Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; MS Access experience a plus Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment High ethical standards and a positive, professional demeanor Flexible availability for additional hours as needed to meet production demands Benefits Offered: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Short & Long Term Disability
Controller
Full Time/Remote Position Summary Revival Gourmet Foods, a premium sauce manufacturer in Downingtown, Pennsylvania is seeking a strategic Controller. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all financial management and operational controls for our production facility. Partnering closely with site leadership, you will drive profitability and efficiency by leading cost management, variance analysis, and forecasting to guide our long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering: Partner closely with site leadership to provide financial analysis, modeling (ROI, make/buy, CapEx), and strategic recommendations that drive profitability and operational decisions. Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis: Own the monthly/quarterly financial review process. Analyze and present performance results, sales/cost drivers, and manufacturing variances (absorption, labor, expenses) to both finance and non-finance leaders. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and manage the development of the plant’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and subsequent forecasting (OTL) processes. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management: Oversee product cost standards, the annual standards roll, inventory management, physical inventory counts, and the development/maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs). Continuous Improvement & Operational Metrics: Lead cost-out and profit-improvement initiatives. Develop, deploy, and track daily operational metrics to proactively manage costs, target savings, and optimize working capital. Controls & Compliance: Partner with central accounting to maintain a robust internal controls environment and implement new financial reporting processes or tools as needed Minimum Requirements Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA is highly preferred. Experience: 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally within an industrial manufacturing environment. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Technical Skills: Expert-level MS Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications. Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong data validation skills (professional skepticism) with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable, cross-functional insights. Mindset: A results-driven, continuous-improvement mindset with a proven ability to influence teams and meet strict business deadlines. Work Travel: Must be able to travel to the Plant, approximately once a quarter and as needed for key leadership meetings Work Authorization: US Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future company sponsorship.
